A pretty capture from the first week I had my new camera! I had fun playing with shutter speed settings, this ended up being my favorite.
Really got to enjoy those fall colors while they are here, because it always feels like they are gone in a blink of the eye.
I love how our Hen and Chicks plant has grown so it looks like it has a little crown this year. (Bought at our local farmer's market several years ago, and I've managed to keep it alive, hurrah!)
Happy equinox! May your harvests be bountiful, and as the day and night share the same length, may you also find balance!
We had a bit of a windstorm a few weeks back. Thankful that we didn't lose any trees here, and just had a bit of damage to the roof... Utah friends got hit quite a bit worse. And thus concludes accidental "Sunflower Corner Week." Since I schedule posts ahead of time, by now we might be harvesting and enjoying the seeds! (And saving a few for next year, of course!)
