Really got to enjoy those fall colors while they are here, because it always feels like they are gone in a blink of the eye.
I love how our Hen and Chicks plant has grown so it looks like it has a little crown this year. (Bought at our local farmer's market several years ago, and I've managed to keep it alive, hurrah!)

We had a bit of a windstorm a few weeks back. Thankful that we didn't lose any trees here, and just had a bit of damage to the roof...
Utah friends got hit quite a bit worse.
And thus concludes accidental "Sunflower Corner Week." Since I schedule posts ahead of time, by now we might be harvesting and enjoying the seeds! (And saving a few for next year, of course!)
We had a few more flowering plants in the yard this summer, and I have been delighted with getting to watch all the pretty little pollinators do their thing.
