Went to check on the spidies, because Chocolate Chip was looking due for a molt, and Fluffy had molted instead! (I did not do the greatest job with getting this exuvia out in one nice piece. It was kinda half down in Fluffy's little burrow and they were NOT real happy with me poking around.) They've dug a little burrow, so this was as good a picture as I could get. Spidy Butt! :D We are starting to see the "Curly Hair" part of the "Curly Hair" Tarantula!
(brachypelma albopilosum) Took a walk along the Portneuf. Someone had braved the cold to share this little bit of joy with us.
Stopped by a friend's art show for Art Walk. Her and her son were displaying their art at the Museum of Clean. (Yes, we have a museum of clean in this town. :D )
One of my goals for the upcoming year is to work on learning another language. I had two years of high school Spanish 25 years ago, but I've forgotten most of it. I want to work towards actually being able to use the language. Signed up on Duolingo, so we'll see how this goes!
"Did you...shame the old printer into working?" -G
New printer arrived today! The HP likes to throw fits when I try to get it to print on things like card stock or shrink plastic, so I'm keeping it for everyday printing, but got the Epson (that takes pigment ink cartridges) for artsy-crafty printing purposes. |
